The Perfect Dress for Summer

Last Sunday we visited a nearby nursery to enjoy the sunny weather and check out the new blooms. Although we drive by it quite often, we had no clue that behind all of the trees awaited a beautiful landscape filled with perfectly placed antique furniture and planted beauty. Since one of my favorite flowers are Hydrangeas, I was happy to see them in full bloom throughout the grounds in a variety of colors like shades of blue and green.

I bought this pastel yellow Tahari ASL Dress a few weeks ago when I saw it was on sale. I had eyed it a couple of times in store and knew I wanted to add it to my dress collection. As soon as I slip it on, I am carried away to another period of time. From the sweet floral print to the feminine silhouette, I love everything about it. This is the perfect dress for summer to wear for almost any occasion like date night, shopping with the gals, picnic in the park, or even just to run some errands. The entire feel of the outfit can be elevated with a pair of simple heels or made casual with a pair of flat espadrilles.
