Holiday Leopard

December is here and it is officially the Holiday season! This means incorporating more prints and sparkle to my everyday wardrobe. On the weekends, I like to be comfortable so I am usually in jeans or something simple. However, I do love me some statement pieces here and there. Animal printed clothing was never on my radar until fate brought me to this leopard coat from Ann Taylor (similar here and here). It pretty much changed my mind. It is such a sophisticated piece and I love bringing it out during the holidays, special occasions or for no occasion at all. I have worn it with cocktail dresses, jeans and a top, work attire and I am sure I could pair it with something new and it would still wow me. It is one of my stand out pieces right now.

Another great way to add some glam to an outfit are a great pair of flats. These Nina Flats were a steal at DSW and they remind me so much of the Manolo Blahnik Hangisi Satin flats, but without the price tag. They will be perfect for those holiday events, but also pair nicely with jeans and a top as I did here.
